The part nobody else stocks is probably on our shelf.
Rollers, balances, locks, latches, handles and tracks for all brands and styles of window and patio door, including discontinued parts for condo and townhouse developments.
Most window problems that are not glass are hardware: a patio door that drags because the rollers are flat, a double-hung window that will not stay up because the balance has gone, a lock that no longer catches. The parts are small and cheap. Finding them is the problem, especially on windows that went out of production years ago.
We keep a complete line of window and patio door parts in our Rochester warehouse, including discontinued and obsolete parts for most of the condo and townhouse developments in the South Sound. Bring the old part in, or send us a photo, and we will match it.
✓ Patio door rollers, tracks and handles
✓ Window balances, springs and pivot bars
✓ Locks, latches, keepers and tilt latches
✓ Screen frames, corners, mesh and spline
✓ Weatherstrip and glazing bead
✓ Hard-to-find and discontinued hardware
Bring the old part, or send a photo.
Window hardware is rarely labelled. The fastest way to match it is to let us see it: the old roller, the balance with its stamped length, the latch, or a clear photo with a coin for scale and the window brand if you know it. We identify it, pull it from stock or order it, and tell you whether it is a do-it-yourself fit or one of ours.
Do it yourself
Many rollers, latches and screens are a screwdriver job. We will tell you if yours is and sell you the part.
Or we fit it
Balances, pivot bars and anything that involves taking a sash out are quick jobs for our crew, often done during the estimate visit.
How it goes
The Washington Window Way, for this job.

1. Identify
Show us the part at the counter or by photo. We match it to brand, series and size.

2. Supply
From stock in Rochester, or ordered in for the odd ones. Discontinued parts included where a match exists.

3. Fit
You fit it, or our crew does, often the same visit as the quote.

Property managers and condo boards
Developments built in the eighties and nineties often share one window series that the manufacturer no longer supports. We stock those parts because the same buildings keep calling.
If you manage units, we can keep a note of the series your buildings use so repairs are one phone call.

“I didn't get the repairman's name but he was super. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He fixed my window problem (@ the Park Center Apts in Centralia WA) effectively and promptly. He even trained me on how to use the window locks since I had no prior experience.”

“Washington Window and Glass Services Inc. is a no-hassle company with an efficient and friendly group of technicians. I've had screens replaced in my home as well as a 36 x 60 window replaced by them; I'm scheduled to have another larger window replaced in a few weeks.”
